My name's Amanda, and I'm 21 years old. I hail from pretty much all over the continental United States, but currently from a few of the southeastern ones. I'm basically your average, all-American, girl-next-door type, with a love of all things colorful, melodic, and/or chocolate-covered! =)

I’ve decided that one day, I’m going to live in a very pretty house. I don’t care how big it is, I just want it to be pretty =) (In fact, I would prefer it to be smaller rather than bigger. Smaller houses are cozier, and besides, a big house means more to clean!)
There’s this beautiful little house that I drive past all the time near my school that I’m sort of in love with. It’s a little old cottage-style house, with a red and brown exterior, and vines climbing up the walls. It has a beautiful, flowery garden in the front yard, and when they have their Christmas lights up, it looks like a gingerbread house at night =) I’ve decided that I’m going to use that house as a model for what I want my future home to look like. (I wish I could post a picture, but I’m not sure of the legality of taking and posting a photo of a house without the owner’s consent…)
